Magic isn’t gone, only hidden.
For countless centuries monsters, men, and things in between have fought hidden battles over the fate of magic … in a small rural town in Virginia. Now their skirmishes threaten to explode into open war, with the entire world held in the balance.
Dylan Caid, a troubled misfit whose secret just might hold the key to victory, finds himself thrust into the center of this ancient conflict. With both sides urging him to join with them and threatening death or worse should he not, Dylan must seek out an ancient force that even monsters fear.

The book itself is done, so now I’m moving on to formatting the novel for the kindle. For some reason the kindle reader LOVES to put in spaces … EVERYWHERE. One way to find out problems is to press the paragraph icon on Microsoft Word. It can show you where hidden spaces are lurking.
Sorry for the hiatus … AGAIN! The illness has been bad lately and the doctors have put me on an exercise routine.

Yes! So far so good. By the end of this month (hopefully) the novel should be fully edited and ready to roll!
Can you guess what I was doing today?
Now, I’m taking a breath and letting my proofreaders take a gander at the last few chapters. I’m also going to go through from the beginning and make sure that my ideas are as clear as they can be.
I have a working climax. Now to polish it and on to the last two chapters.
Sorry about that, folks. The chronic illnesses have been dragging me down and school’s been out. Hoping to catch up on things this weekend.
